How to return / exchange

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us (it happens, don't worry), we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products to the following conditions:

- Please contact us first and let us know you need to return an item. 

- Item(s) must be returned within 45 days of purchase.

- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, not altered in any way, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.

- Gift cards, personalised or custom-made products, sale, clearance items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.

- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item. 

- If your order was eligible for free shipping and you need to return all of it or some of the items, we will exclude our shipping costs and refund the rest of the sum. 

- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes (but this is pretty rare).
