Our items - from pointe shoe pads to ballet barres - are shipped all over the world, at minimum charge or FREE of charge (from $130 or more). For orders under $130 eur, we offer a fixed price shipping regardless of quantity/weight of the items purchased.

We ship our items worldwide, from our stocks in European Union and in Russian Federation (whichever has your item in stock), by National Postal service. Once the package arrives in your country, your national postal service will deliver it (or a delivery notification from your local Post Office will be placed) to your door.
Please note that the default shipping method is Economy Registered Mail (you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment). The tracking number is always provided to you via your email given when placing an order (kindly ask you to check your spam folder too). Allow 24hours for your tracking number to be updated once it has been created.
Providing you with the tracking information, so the customer could search for his parcel with ease and look for it in case it wasn't delivered to his door. In most of the countries, the post would return the unclaimed parcels in 2-4 weeks of storing them. In case we receive back such an unclaimed parcel, the customer will be charged for the 2nd shipment. If you decide to get a refund, our original shipping charges will be excluded.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery time cannot be guaranteed by BestPointe.com. Shipping times vary widely depending on the destination. From our experience, shipments take about five to eight business days for Europe, two-three weeks for Asia, USA, Australia, about a month for North America (even more for Mexico and Brazil).

BestPointe.com makes every effort to supply your order as soon as possible. Which means once you've completed your online order we immediately begin to process your order, making sure that you receive it in the shortest period of time possible.
At BestPointe.com, we stock a wide range of pointe shoes, dancewear and accessories. If the item you`re ordering is in stock, we will dispatch your goods within 24 hours of receiving your order (on business days), 3-4 days if you need us to attach protective elements to your pointe shoes. If the item is not in stock, you’ll be contacted ASAP to arrange the delivery time. The restocking of the products may take about 10 days to 4 weeks, depending on the availability.
When your order is completed and the size confirmed double-checked, it will be shipped promptly by the service you select. Any delays post-dispatch will be out of our control and will be due to delays caused by the Post Service.

BestPointe.com does NOT take responsibility for taxes or duties that may be applied to the shipping of our product to your country, or if the delivery to your country is refused or stopped.
Express International delivery/Rush Delivery
Our international express carrier provides a fully traceable delivery service. If you select the express shipping option, we will contact you before shipping to discuss your deadlines and make sure you will get your item in time. Normally it's 1-4 working days transit time frоm when the order leaves our EU office and 5-7 working days if the item is being shipped frоm Russia.
If you want your items at a specific deadline, consider the express delivery option. If you select the standard shipping method, our company is not responsible for any postal delays.
