Returns and exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item that I purchased at Bestpointe.com?
If you change your mind about pointe shoes or any other products you have purchased from us (it happens, don't worry), we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products to the following conditions:
Please contact us first and let us know that you need to return an item.
Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Pointe shoes must be tried on a clear surface and not broken in or altered in any other way.
In case, we receive an unclean or broken pointe shoe, then this will be the subject of negotiation of the refund sum.
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, not altered in any way, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
Gift cards, personalised or custom-made products, sale, clearance items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you request a refund for an order-parcel not yet shipped from our e-shop:
the purchase price (including delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.
If you request a refund for an already delivered product:
the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time. Provide us with the tracking number of the returned goods so as to easily look for them.
If your order was eligible for free shipping and you need to return all of it or some of the items, we will exclude our shipping costs and refund the rest of the sum.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.
Please provide us with photos of this item.
Providing you with the tracking information, so the customer could search for his parcel with ease and look for it in case it wasn't delivered to his door. In most of the countries, the post would return the unclaimed parcels in 2-4 weeks of storing them. In case we receive back such an unclaimed parcel, the customer will be charged for the 2nd shipment. If you decide to get a refund, our original shipping charges will be excluded.
The customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning an item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes (but this is pretty rare).
We accept returns and exchanges only within EU.
